I reserve the right to post and display the commissioned work to any personal website or social media. If the piece is a time-sensitive gift, I may delay public showcase at the request of the client.

I reserve all rights and ownership of the illustration and do whatever I see fit, this includes the right to make prints and merchandise.

The client retains all rights to their respective characters, and in this case, I will not make any profit off the character.

You may not resell or redistribute the work in exchange for money.

You may post your commissioned work to your social media sites provided that you credit me as the artist.

My commissions are for non-commercial use only.

Refunds can be requested as long as work has not begun on your order. Once the work has started, a refund can no longer be provided.

Payment shall be done fully upfront.

I have full right to deny any commission request I receive.

I do not draw any type of nudity, furries, hateful and offensive images, mecha, and urban cities.

When it comes to body horror, violence, blood, etc; work will be considered on a case-by-case basis, additional fees may apply as this kind of thing may take more time for me to complete than a standard request.

Visual references are preferred, but I also work with written ones.

Once you are ready to commission me, submit a request through this request form! I will contact you through your preferred contact method to discuss details and payment if accepted within a few days. Completing the form does not mean a confirmed commission.

I will provide thumbnail(s) for approval prior to starting. Thumbnails may have some colour to indicate overall tone and values.

Once the thumbnail is approved, the commissioner will pay in full.

Commissioners are encouraged to suggest changes they want made at this stage.

During the sketching stage, you are allowed to ask for tweaks (minor adjustments). However, after 1 free major adjustment, all major adjustments will cost extra. Requesting me to restart all over again (from the start with a new sketch) will cost extra as well.

Once the sketch has been approved, the client will receive an estimate of how long the drawing will take until done. If there were to be any delays, the commissioner will be notified.

Progress updates will be given if requested at any time.

Any adjustments after the sketching phase may cost extra depending on how big the adjustment is.

In the case where information was provided in the original request that I overlooked (e.g. I drew an outfit wrong or did not include a certain thing), I will provide these adjustments free of charge.

The artwork will be sent in a jpg and/or png format.

The artwork comes in a print-sized 350 dpi file.

Background-focused illustration, including a foreground, middleground, and background.

Fully rendered and complex lighting.

The base price includes 1 full-body of a character.

Price may vary depending on the complexity of the background. Feel free to discuss detail of the piece.
